Terms of service

The site is for alumni, faculty, and students of Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute.

You sign in with a Google account or by verifying a mobile number. Please use one that is genuinely yours, and don’t register on someone else’s behalf.

If you use both methods you will end up with two separate entries, because a mobile number and a Google account can’t be matched automatically. Please pick one and stay with it.

Your course, batch year, and where you practise are what make the directory useful to other members. Please keep them accurate and update them if they change.

You can invite a colleague by email or WhatsApp from your profile. Only invite people you know are genuinely SRMC alumni, faculty, or students, and only use the contact details you’re given here for that purpose.

Please don’t try to break into the site, access other members’ entries, scrape the directory, or use anyone’s contact details for anything other than what this site is for.

The site is provided as it is, in good faith, by volunteers building an alumni network. It may be unavailable at times, and features described as planned or “coming soon” are not yet live and may change before they ship.

We can’t promise the site will be error-free or always reachable, and we’re not liable for losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If these terms change, the updated date at the top will change with them.
